Terry Hsiao grew up in Hong Kong and worked with Taiwan KPMG for almost 20 years as the director. He has gained considerable experience in auditing public companies, with diversified field of construction, technology, education, infrastructure, government and healthcare, media and telecommunications, banking, manufacturing, wholesale and retail, shipping and entertainment industries. In addition, he has experience in undertaking special engagements in IPOs, due diligence for merges and acquisitions, transfer pricing, valuations and IPOs. He specialized in providing related services with respect to investment immigration from Hong Kong to Taiwan, including business registration, accounting outsourcing, and consultancy on tax and investment planning.
