Moore Stephens Doeren Mayhew is pleased to announce that Douglas Martin, CPA has been elected a shareholder effective January 1, 2019.

Martin has 11 years of tax experience, including three years in private industry. His areas of expertise include:

  • International assignment management and expatriate/alien taxation.
  • Expatriate payroll compliance and consulting including executive compensation plans.
  • International and domestic tax compliance for corporate/flow-thru entities including foreign subsidiaries and partnerships.
  • Tax compliance and planning for structuring of international business operations.
  • Compliance and reporting of disclosures required for payments made by US entities to non-US entities/individuals reported on Forms 1042 and 1042-S.
  • Tax controversy related to foreign disclosure requirements for both corporate and flow-thru entities.
Martin is a 2006 graduate of Central Michigan University with a B.S.B.A. degree in accounting
